This project was the 2023 project because not only did it take almost a year to complete but the design and transformation aspects were not only challenging but rewarding. The client came to us wanting an updated outdoor living space surrounding their existing pool. Phase I was to update the outdated concrete pool deck. The client chose a more modern paver by Belgard called Lafitt Grana in Amaretto. From the pool deck came the steps and updated rails and lighting. Then we brought in a local builder to collaborate with to design a pavilion to meet the family’s needs. Once the pavilion was built we came in for Phase II to install the pavers, and build the kitchen and fireplace. Extensive drainage work and a retaining wall were installed surrounding the pavilion. Outdoor lighting and landscaping added the finishing touches.
