Looking back at the year 2023, one word that comes to mind is perseverance. It was a year filled with both challenges and successes. As we emerged from the pandemic and supply shortages, we faced new obstacles such as price increases with inflation. However, despite these challenges, we continued to push forward and take on new creative projects in the outdoor living spaces industry. The joy of seeing completed projects and creating spaces for families to make lasting memories is what drives us to keep building and creating.

Among the standout moments of the year were the NeSmithWay 5K, which raised over $8,000 for UF Health Shands Pediatrics, and has been accepted as a Grand Prix Race for 2024.

Additionally, we were honored to speak at Belgard’s Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale Belgard U training events, where we shared over 23 years of industry experience with fellow contractors.
We look forward to speaking at the upcoming event in Ft. Walton, FL in January.

Finally, we were given the amazing opportunity to tour the HGTV Dream Home 2024 on Anastasia Island, Florida.

These experiences not only allowed us to push our creativity and learn about new trends but also reminded us to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We are grateful for these opportunities and look forward to what the future holds in the outdoor living spaces industry.
